$1,000 No Repaint Guarantee

Overview

Big Move Algo is built without any repainting logic. We are confident enough in this to offer a $1,000 payout to any user who can provide conclusive, verified proof that the indicator altered a signal on a fully closed candle. This document defines precisely what qualifies as a valid claim and outlines the conditions under which the payout applies.

Section 1Definition of repainting

For the purposes of this guarantee, repainting is defined strictly as: a signal (long, short, or exit arrow, or candle color) that was visibly displayed on a fully closed historical candle subsequently changing position, disappearing, or being replaced by a different signal on that same closed candle — without any indicator settings being changed by the user.

Not covered: Signals that appear or change on a live, still-forming candle do not constitute repainting. All TradingView indicators by nature recalculate in real time on the current open candle. This is standard, expected behavior and is explicitly excluded from this guarantee.

Section 2Eligibility requirements

To be eligible to submit a claim, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be an active, paid subscriber of Big Move Algo at the time the alleged repaint occurred and at the time of submission.
• The alleged repaint must have occurred on a fully closed candle — meaning the candle's close time has fully elapsed on TradingView.
• No indicator settings, timeframe, chart symbol, or TradingView account were changed between the two recordings used as evidence.
• The indicator version used must be the latest publicly released version of Big Move Algo at the time of the alleged repaint. Claims based on older or deprecated versions are not eligible.
• The claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the alleged repaint occurring.
• Only one claim per user account may be submitted, regardless of outcome.

Section 3Evidence requirements

A valid claim must include all of the following, submitted in a single email to hey@bigmovealgo.com:

• A continuous, unedited screen recording (not screenshots) showing the signal on the closed candle, followed by — without any cut, pause, or edit — the same candle displaying a different or absent signal. The recording must show the TradingView URL bar, the indicator name in the chart legend, and a visible system clock or TradingView timestamp throughout.
• The exact chart symbol, timeframe, and candle timestamp (open time) of the affected candle.
• Your TradingView username and the email address associated with your Big Move Algo subscription.
• A written description of the sequence of events leading to the observed repaint.

Recordings that are edited, spliced, sped up, or generated using screen capture software that skips frames will be automatically disqualified. We reserve the right to request the original raw video file to verify authenticity.

Section 4Review process

Upon receipt of a submission, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
• Internally attempt to reproduce the repaint on our own systems using the exact same symbol, timeframe, candle, and indicator version. This is the primary method of verification.
• If we cannot reproduce it, we will request additional information or the raw video file.
• Our technical team's findings are final and binding. Hiddo Strategies reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether any submitted claim meets the eligibility and evidence requirements set out in this document. This decision is made at our absolute discretion and is not subject to appeal or external review. If the repaint cannot be independently reproduced on our systems, no payout will be issued.
• If the repaint is confirmed, we will contact you within 5 business days to arrange the payout.

Section 5Payout

If a claim is verified and confirmed by our technical team, a one-time payment of $1,000 USD will be issued to the claimant via bank transfer or PayPal, at our discretion. The payout is a one-time goodwill gesture and does not constitute an admission of systematic fault. Only one payout may be issued per verified repaint event, regardless of how many users report the same instance.

Section 6Disqualifying conditions

A claim will be immediately disqualified if any of the following apply:

• The signal change occurred on a live, open candle.
• The user changed any indicator settings, chart symbol, or timeframe between observations.
• The evidence contains any edit, cut, splice, or discontinuity.
• The claim is submitted more than 7 days after the alleged event.
• The claimant does not have an active paid subscription.
• The same TradingView account or email address has previously submitted a claim.
• There is any indication of manipulation, fabrication, or misrepresentation in the submission.
• The repaint was caused by a TradingView platform bug, data feed issue, or broker data discrepancy rather than the indicator's own code.

Section 7Modifications and termination

Hiddo Strategies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this guarantee at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. The guarantee applies only to claims submitted while this page is active and the guarantee is in force. Continued use of Big Move Algo after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
