If you are dissatisfied or do not fully understand our services, we offer a 14-day full refund window for purchasers of the Big Move Algo License. To request a refund, contact us from the email address that was used during the purchase at hey@bigmovealgo.com, with the information about your wish to refund. Refunds generally take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Refund requests may be declined if they fall outside the 14-day period or involve certain forms of payment (such as specific cryptocurrency transactions).
